O V E R V I E W; Lavender is peppy and fun loving. She can be boiled down to the words perky and bubbly as well. She enjoys talking. About anything really. Lavender is a big gossip, but she can do it in a way that doesn't seem as bad as it really is. Her voice is high pitched, making her sound almost constantly happy. She loves to shop and actually buy things. One might even call her a shopaholic. She would not go that far, mostly because she only takes after her mother in that respect, so Lavender finds it to be perfectly normal.

Lavender really only gets sad if people or animals are hurt in any way. She would be an excellent spokesperson for an animal rescue group. Less can be said about her dealings with people. She is a bit of a hypocrite, deciding it is entertaining to exploit their personal lives in the form of gossip. She can't really help it, since it is her favorite thing to do.

Lavender does have her insecurities and that plays through in her need to gossip. She likes to deflect her own problems to other people. If she was just dumped, she will focus on others' terrible relationships. If her pet dies, she will focus on other people's terrible pets. She loves making her life seem better in comparison to everyone else's.

All in all, though, if Lavender befriends someone, it's a lot of fun. If that person is like her, of course. If not, well... that is just unfortunate, because Lavender is Queen Bee in her own mind.

L I K E S; Rabbits, gossip, boys, Divination and shopping

D I S L I K E S; Snakes, cruelty, Slytherins, Potions and cleaning. AND WEREWOLVES. She absolutely cannot stand those things.

Q U I R K S / H A B I T S; Lavender's biggest annoying habit is that she likes to give nicknames to people she cares about. Like Won-Won. Not only that, but she gossips ruthlessly. It's almost cruel what she says about people. She likes meat to be as raw as she can without getting sick nowadays. People have asked her about the change from well done to rare. She just says a change in taste. She also has the extreme urge to howl at the full moon. She tries to resist.

1. Lavender absolutely loves gossip. If given the chance she would make a living doing just that. If she couldn't, she would just do it for fun, she wouldn't care. People's lives fascinate her to a bit of an unhealthy degree.

2. Lavender's favorite animal is a rabbit. This is obvious by the fact that she largely protests the "lucky rabbit's foot."

3. Lavender is flirtatious to almost every boy she meets. Until she gets to know them. Then she just flirts with the ones she still likes.

4. Lavender sometimes wishes she were as pretty as Parvati, who she thinks is absolutely stunning.

5. Lavender will not eat anything unless she knows what is in it. She is not a vegetarian, but there are meats she won't eat, on top of wanting to know the fat content.

6. One more, since I forgot. Lavender hates what Fenrir Greyback did to her and she resents him with every fibre of her being.

H A I R; Long, blonde and straight. Lavender keeps her hair in immaculate condition.

C O M P L E X I O N; Fair and clear. Lavender spends a lot of time making sure she has no blemishes. She doesn't even do artificial or real tanning, afraid she'll get wrinkles too early on.

W E I G H T; Thin and fit. She's got curves, but not as much as some girls around.

M A N N E R . O F . D R E S S; Lavender dresses fashionably, in every sense of the word. She keeps on top of all the trends and styles of the day, though pink is definitely a favorite color.

D I S T I N G U I S H I N G. F E A T U R E S; Lavender takes great pride in her hair, that is for sure. It is her best feature. She does have her flaws, despite hiding them well. She has a tendency to gain weight rather fast, so she will eat a good deal, and the next week she will diet like mad. She has scars on her face and arms from when she was attacked by Greyback, but she does every possible thing she can to make sure they aren't noticed.

P R E - H O G W A R T S; Lavender was born into a wealthy family, so as a child, she got everything she wanted. Lavender was not only spoiled, but popular among the girls her age. She was put in beauty pageants at the hands of her mother, but Lavender embraced that, enjoying every moment of it. However, she also knew that one day she would be going to Hogwarts to learn magic. While this was an extremely thrilling thought, she knew she would have to give up her friends for the majority of the year and the pageants.

All her apprehensions of leaving the life she loved left when she got a glimpse of Diagon Alley. So much fashion and so many new things excited her. She was extremely excited to learn all about this world that her parents hadn't introduced her to until this point. It was fantastic and she knew she would have the time of her life.

H O G W A R T S; Lavender made friends with Parvati almost immediately on the train ride to Hogwarts. For knowing nobody, Lavender had an easy time making herself some friends. She stuck with Parvati when they were both sorted into Gryffindor.

Her Hogwarts career was relatively successful. She discovered her love for Divination through Trelawney's class and always wanted to follow in her footsteps. She was completely enamored. She also enjoyed Care of Magical Creatures, though pretended not to, since Hagrid taught it and he was 'weird'.

She joined the DA when Harry started it up, only because she couldn't stand Umbridge. She put the color pink to shame and that was unacceptable. She found she learned more there than she ever did in a Defense classroom, besides Lupin's. It was more interesting than she thought, but was still the same in what she said about the subject.

She had a brief fling with Ron Weasley. Despite popular belief, Lavender did really like him and wanted the relationship to last. However, when all he wanted to do was snog, she never argued with him, hoping he would like her better if she just went along with things. That didn't go over too well.

She helped fight in the battle of Hogwarts, mostly because she was fed up with Voldemort and all he was doing. She wasn't on the front lines by any means, but she did her share in helping Harry bring down the Dark Lord. However, she had one encounter with one Death Eater, but it changed her life forever.

Fenrir Greyback, the werewolf got a hold of her. While the damage he did to her was not terribly severe, seeing as he didn't bite her, she got her arms and her face scratched up. She passed out while they were fighting, but Lavender was lucky that someone saved her at that moment. However, she didn't know who it was. After that, though, Lavender's personality shifted, giving her some werewolvish tendencies. For instance, she began to enjoy her meat extremely rare, when she hadn't before. The full moon would do odd things to her mood. While Lavender does her best to hide this all, she finds that most people find out.

A F T E R . T R A N S I T I O N; Lavender, actually, adjusted well. She enjoys new situations. While the initial transition was a bit of a shock and rather alarming, she adjusted to where she was at and continued to just be Lavender, no matter what the circumstance. However werewolves are a touchy subject with her and she doesn't really want to talk about them ever.

P O S S I B L E . P L O T S; In typical Lavender fashion, she will want to start a gossip column detailing the lives of the people who were brought to... wherever they are. It may be unconventional for the time and place, but it will certainly bring about drama and, maybe, entertainment.

I'd also love to see another encounter with Fenrir. She is angry and bitter towards him for what he did and she wants to settle the score. Not sure how she'll do that, but it will be interesting.
